Easing Buying, Selling, and Executing of Online Ad Transactions

AdExchange and Solbright today announced the formation of a strategic alliance to offer an end-to-end infrastructure solution for the online advertising industry. The partnership includes technology integration, co-marketing, and joint sales efforts.

By integrating products from both companies, AdExchange and Solbright said they will offer buyers and sellers a comprehensive system that eliminates many of the inefficiencies existing in the buying, selling, and executing of online advertising. AdExchange provides sellers with inventory management solutions and the ability to sell their inventory to buyers over the web. Once a buy is completed via AdExchange, the insertion order and trafficking instructions will be imported into the Solbright AdSuite system to execute the contracting, creative trafficking, and billing processes. According to company officials, because both companies integrate with the industry's leading ad servers, the partnership also will promote standardization and reduce the potential for human error and invoice discrepancies.
