Despite talk to CBS' Survivor II stealing audiences from NBC, the peacock-network won the primetime audience race last week and captured the most attention of adults 18-49.

According to Nielsen numbers, in total household rankings, NBC scored a 9.2 rating and a 15 share (9.37 million households). CBS did come is a close second with a 9.2 rating/15 share (9.35 million households). ABC came in third with a 7.9 rating/13 share and Fox was fourth with a 6.3 rating/10 share.

In the 18-49 demographic, NBC was also the winner with a 5.7 rating (15 share), followed by Fox with 5.1 (13), ABC with 4.3 (11) and CBS with 4.2 (11).

Nielsen said that in total household rankings, the WB Network had a 2.6 rating/4 share last week, while its rating among adults 18-49 was 1.7.

Also, UPN reached a 2.4 rating/4 share in total household rankings, and its rating among adults 18-49 was 1.5.

PAX TV had a total household rating of 1.0 and a 2 share. Among adults 18-49, it had a 0.4 rating.

The Prime-time ratings for the week of Jan. 29 to Feb. 4 are as follows:

1."ER," NBC, 17.9, 18.3 million homes.

2. "Survivor II," CBS, 17.3, 17.7 million homes.

3. "Friends," NBC, 14.2, 14.5 million homes.

4. "CSI," CBS, 14.0, 14.3 million homes.

5. "Everybody Loves Raymond," CBS, 13.9, 14.3 million homes.

6. "Who Wants to be a Millionaire-Wednesday," ABC, 13.4, 13.7 million homes.

7. "Will & Grace," NBC, 12.6, 12.8 million homes.

8. "Who Wants to be a Millionaire-Sunday," ABC, 12.4, 12.7 million homes.

8. "SNL Primetime Extra," NBC, 12.4, 12.6 million homes.

10. "The Practice," ABC, 12.1, 12.4 million homes.

11. "Becker," CBS, 11.8, 12.1 million homes.

12. "60 Minutes," CBS, 11.5, 11.8 million homes.
