News Digital Media, the U.S. digital division of News Corporation, has entered into a multi-year advertising sales representation agreement with Phase2Media, a leading Internet advertising sales and
marketing organization. The alliance includes the formation of a dedicated Phase2Media/News Digital Media sales team for representation to the U.S. ad agency community. The newly formed sales force
will work closely with News Digital Media content creators and producers to develop fully integrated and contextual sponsorship programs. The team will be located in Phase2Media's New York City
headquarters and throughout its regional sales offices nationwide. Senior level management staff as well as account executives will support the business.
