Elevator Media Network Absorbs Narrowcast

Captivate Network, Inc., the elevator media network that delivers content and advertising via wireless display screens in elevators, and Narrowcast Communications Corp. d/b/a Elevator News Network (ENN), have announced they have entered into a definitive merger agreement where ENN will be merged into Captivate in a stock for stock transaction. As a result, Captivate will now reach 3-4 million business professionals every day through its network of flat panel screens in high-rise office towers throughout the US. Some addresses within the network include The Chrysler Building, Rockefeller Center and The Empire State Building in New York City; The Sears Tower and The Aon Center in Chicago; The Prudential Tower in Boston; California Plaza in Los Angeles; The Embarcadero Center in San Francisco; Fountain Place in Dallas; and BCE Place and the TD Centre in Toronto. The combined company's advertising roster includes General Motors, Continental Airlines, Dunkin' Donuts, Sprint, Oracle, E-Trade, Microsoft, DaimlerChrysler, Pepsico, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, Lexus, Pioneer Investments and Salomon Smith Barney. Existing content partners include CNN, New York Times and The Weather Channel.
