Media agency Starcom USA has promoted Vickie Southworth to executive vice president and Anne Enright, Art Sindlinger and Becky Walden to senior vice presidents. Southworth will oversee ops on the
General Motors business. Enright manages Starcom's digital team in the course of her work on Kellogg's, while Sindlinger heads of the agency's social practice.
