United recently launched an in-house media division selling integrated campaigns on its planes and at its terminals. Chase's credit card division is the latest company to take advantage of it.

The bank has just launched a three-month in-flight ad campaign through the airline's media office. The effort combines images on tray table covers comprising postcard quality shots of places like ski resorts and tropical locales with print ads in the airline's in-house magazine, and video spots from overhead monitors.

Peter Hammer has been appointed to run the United operation as managing director of United media and business development.
