Time Warner is reportedly offering between $30 million and $35 million to buy the U.S. version of
OK magazine from U.K. publisher Richard Desmond, according to Sky News. The celebrity news pub
would fit well with another Time Inc. property,
People magazine, which is also celebrity-oriented but targeted to an older audience.
