Two news talk stations, WLS-AM and KFI-AM, were ranked within the top ten individual Internet radio stations ratings for the week of March 17, according to Arbitron MeasureCast Ratings. WLS-AM was
ranked the number three individual Internet radio station with 255,623 hours of Total Time Spent Listening (TTSL), the sum total of hours tuned by listeners to a given station or network. KFI-AM was
ranked number 10 with 130,233 hours of TTSL. "With the beginning of the war, we have seen a significant increase in online tuning to news and talk Internet radio stations," said Bill Rose, vice
president and general manager, Arbitron Internet Broadcast Services. "For the week of March 17, the 65 Talk and News/Talk stations measured by Arbitron MeasureCast Ratings had a combined 1,389,717
hours of TTSL, nearly three times the listenership of the same stations for the week of January 27, which had 493,430 hours of TTSL." radioEclectic was ranked the top Internet radio station with
314,604 hours of TTSL. MUSICMATCH Artist Match was ranked number two with 283,159 hours of TTSL. ChainCast/StreamAudio was ranked the number one Internet Broadcast network with 1,503,471 hours of
TTSL. Clear Channel Worldwide was ranked number two with 1,269,109 hours of TTSL. MUSICMATCH was ranked number three with 1,215,020 hours of TTSL.
