Based on the children’s book from Mercer Mayer's “Little Critter” series, the Where Is My Frog? iPad app combines gaming with storybook reading to encourage children to learn and read through interactive activities, animation, colorful art, music, and character voices. Where Is My Frog? takes full advantage of the mobile digital gaming concept by adding a reward system that lets children earn virtual coins for successfully reading pages, finding hidden objects, and completing games. One hundred coins earned can unlock another level of learning activities, such as word-matching games, object and word matching, and sticker games.
