TriNet, a human resources outsourcing service, has named TDA_Boulder as its creative agency to handle brand advertising, including digital and outdoor chores. Spending was not released. The incumbent was Godfrey Q & Partners, San Francisco. Media will continue to be handled by DWA, San Francisco.
