WPP's Possible Bets On 'Massive' New Touchscreen Gaming Platform

WPP's Possible Worldwide unit this morning announced the launch of a "massive" gaming touchscreen platform in The Hong Kong Jockey Club. The platform, which Possible touts as the "world's most advanced, multi-couch racing experience," utilizes a mix of technology, user-interface design and industrial design to create "a seamless and social betting experience for up to eight racing fans" at the same time.

Possible said the platform is "designed to resonate with the always-on tablet and smartphone generation," and that financial transactions are powered by the Jockey Club’s RFID-enabled cards that allow players to securely place bets and collect payouts in real time.
