Comcast To Sell At Least Part Of Share In A&E

Comcast is selling "a substantial portion" of its 15.8% share of A&E Television Networks to joint-venture partners for a price that could be about $2 billion, according to John Jannarone.
Hearst and Walt Disney own larger stakes in the network -- 42.2% and 42.1%, respectively -- whose channels include A&E, Lifetime and The History Channel.
