eUniverse Revenues Out of This World

eUniverse, Inc. reported record second quarter revenue results for the quarter ended September 30, 2003. Revenues increased $4.3 million for the quarter to $15.2 million, up 39% from the same quarter last year. The growth in revenues was due to the growth in products and services segment revenues, which produced $11.0 million of revenues for the second quarter up 97% from the same quarter last year. Media and advertising segment revenues declined 22% in the second quarter ended September 30, 2003 to $4.2 million from $5.4 million in the same quarter last year due to lower commercial E-mail and advertising response rates.
