Mario Rodriguez is stepping down as president of entertainment for Univision Television Networks to form his own a new Hispanic media company, New Skies Media. Univision said Rodriguez would remain
under an "exclusive" contract with Univision concerning all "television matters." The heads of programming for the company's Univision, TeleFutura and Galavision networks will remain in place, but
will now report directly to president and chief operating officer Ray Rodriguez.
