Nicolle Pangis has been named president of the Real Media Group of WPP's 24/7 Media unit. She had been president of Real Media Group Europe.

Also at 24/7 Media, Irene Bondar was named to the new position of executive vice president-global client operations and Gary Lee joins as CFO.

Bondar was vice president-product strategy for 24/7's Media Innovation Group.

Lee is a former agency CFO who most recently ran his own consulting company, Ad Money, which worked for the 4As and ANA.
