Comparing Airline Emails

JetBlue uses images better than Alitalia in emails sent this past spring. Comparing the emails from four different airlines, Direct Marketing News
points out that while Alitalia has nice photos of its business class cabin, readers have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the email to see them, while JetBlue delivers its message more clearly with a photo of a family vacation at the top of its email. Aer Lingus' sent emails to push off season travel to Ireland, and United Airlines sent emails to promote Memorial Day travel.
