Datacratic, a real-time machine learning software company, this week announced the addition of three senior team members as well as the opening of its New York City office. Joining the company are Alex Becker as head of product management; Mark Weiss as head of client solutions and sales engineering; and Philippe Gauvin, head of account management and customer experience.

Becker was most recently senior director of media strategy and analytics at [x+1], a data management platform (DMP). Weiss was previously VP of engineering at search retargeting company Magnetic. Both Becker and Weiss will be based in Datacratic's New York office. Gauvin will work from the company's Montreal office.
