Lobbyist Patricia Lynch's email was hacked. Hackers sent out an email on her behalf claiming that she was on vacation in Pasay City, and had her passport and wallet stolen. The email solicits money to
help her pay her hotel bills and buy a ticket back home. Lynch revealed that her email was hacked and that she is at work in snowy Albany.
