Soccer Organizers Create Dedicated Email Address After Ticketing Error Prevents Some Fans From Attending Game

The organization that created the Dubai Football Challenge have created a dedicated email (dfcticketing@dubaitourism.ae) where fans can complain about any issues they experienced trying to enter last week’s Real Madrid v AC Milan match at the Dubai Rugby Sevens stadium. The move comes after a number of ticketed fans were denied access to the game. Fans can send their details along with where they bought their tickets and a scan of the tickets for a potential refund.
