Cloud-based document and email management service NetDocuments has acquired analytics and intelligence firm Decisiv Email from Recommind, in a deal whose terms were not disclosed. The
acquisition includes Decisiv Email's technology along with its development team. The move brings NetDocuments intelligence tools including predictive email filing.
