Most Marketers Are Unsatisfied With Their Email Programs: Adobe

Two-thirds of marketers report that they are less than satisfied with their email marketing efforts, according to a new report from Adobe and the Digital Marketing Association (DMA). The report revealed that about half of marketers (51 percent) have email-only visibility and can't connect customer interactions with other channels. In addition, 41 percent of marketers admit to having issues with email automation. Thirty-eight percent of email marketers reported that integration with other tools is a challenge.
