Northwest Tech Uses Lifecycle Marketing to Drive B2B Conversions Via Email

Northwest Tech (NWT3K), an e-commerce company that sells gear for skiing and snowboarding, uses a lifecycle marketing program to help drive conversions when marketing to teams and clubs. When a shopper solicits a quote from the site, they get a follow up email. If they don't show intent, then they get another email 2 days later. If that email doesn't lead to a conversion, then the prospect gets an educational email about the product with product comparisons to competitors.
