Retailers Make Multichannel Resolutions This Year

Almost a third of retailers plan to begin integrating email with other channels this year, according to a new report from Yesmail. The report based its findings on responses from 200 retailers at the National Retail Federation’s 2015 Shop.org conference last fall. The research also revealed that almost half of the brands surveyed aren't even capturing emails on social media or in stores.
