House Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz plans to continue a federal investigation into Hillary Clinton's email scandal as part of a review of the federal government's record keeping. Still Speaker Paul Ryan and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy have said that the investigation should be in the hands of the FBI and the Justice Department.
