Email Privacy Act Edited Before House Vote

The email privacy bill has been edited before Wednesday's House Judiciary Committee vote. The Email Privacy Act will still require law enforcement to get a warrant to read a private citizen's email. However, lawmakers have removed line that would have required the government to quickly notify anyone whose email has been obtained.
