Microsoft Wins Appeal Against DOJ in Email Case

Microsoft has won its case against the U.S. government. A federal appeals court has decided that the company will not have to hand over email data that is stored in Ireland for a U.S. criminal investigation. The court had ruled against Microsoft in 2014, but has reversed the decision after the tech giant appealed.
