Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence has said that Russia could have been the source of recent email hacks tied to the U.S. election. His position contradicts the position of his running mate Donald Trump, who says there is no proof that Russia was involved. In an interview on "Fox News Sunday," Pence said that Russia or any other country that has hacked into U.S. databases should face "severe consequences."
