Horizon Media is naming Kathleen Friel-McCartney vice president, director of digital operations. In this newly created role, she will be responsible for overseeing existing and emerging media process development and implementation, as well as acting as the primary digital liaison across all internal brand and activation teams connected to the business. She will be based in New York City and report to executive vice president, managing partner, digital investment, Sarah Baehr.

Friel-McCartney joins Horizon from Amplifi, where she served as vice president, director of operations. Previously in her career, she spent more than 14 years at MediaVest.
