Airbnb Email to Chinese Users: Your Data Will Be Stored Locally

Airbnb Inc has emailed Chinese users letting them know that their personal data will be stored locally in China. In an email sent out this week, the company revealed that users' personal data will be "transferred to, stored, used and processed by Airbnb China… in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations."
