Ukrainian Hackers Claim to Have Hacked Into Emails of Top Russian Officials

Two Ukrainians "hacktivists" have taken credit for hacking into the email accounts of top Russian officials at the Kremlin. The emails are linked to Vladislav Surkov, one Russia's most influential politicians. The hackers said they have no link to the Ukrainian state or security services. Some of the emails were handed over to BBC, which found that they illustrate that Russia controls separatist authorities in eastern Ukraine.
