Email ROI On The Rise

ROI from email has increased from 66 percent in 2008 to 73 percent today, according to a new report from Adestra. The research revealed that retailers saw 82 percent ROT on email in 2016, up from 69 percent in 2015 (but a drop from 83 percent in 2014). Charities saw an 84 percent ROI this year from email, up from 79 percent last year and 66 percent in 2014.
