Huma Abedin Never Saw a Search Warrant for FBI Email Searches

Hillary Clinton's aide Huma Abedin said that neither she nor her estranged husband Anthony Weiner were given a search warrant from the FBI before it searched emails found on Weiner's computer. In a court filing in a Manhattan court, Abedin raised the issue of whether or not the FBI had the right to search her emails in the first place. In the letter, Abedin's attorney said she cannot comment on a Los Angeles lawyer's request for FBI warrants tied to her emails since she has never seen these.
