Amobee announced on Tuesday the appointment of Kim Perell as its new CEO. Outgoing CEO Mark Strecker, is leaving Amobee to pursue new endeavors.

Perell currently holds the position of president at Amobee, where she is responsible for managing the company’s worldwide business units, technology development and product lines.

Prior to joining Amobee, Perell was CEO of Adconion Direct, a company that was purchased by Amobee in 2014.

Amobee has recently expanded its leadership team, adding Todd Chu as SVP of global operator innovation, as well as Robert Woolfrey, who was appointed SVP of Asia.
