Crash Victim's Family Sues Apple Over FaceTime

The family of a 5-year-old girl who was killed in a car accident is suing Apple for damages, because the driver who caused the crash appeared to have been using FaceTime while on the road. The family argues that Apple should have warned drivers not to use the app, and could have used technology that disabled the app from being used at highway speeds.
