UK ISPs to Fight Piracy With Educational Emails

UK ISPs including BT, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and Sky have plans to send out educational emails to customers to fight piracy. The emails will explain what it means to download copyrighted material without paying for it and how to avoid participating in this process. The campaign has been in the works for several years, but emails will begin deploying on January 17.
