Hard Rock Refuses To Buy Icahn's Trump Plaza Hotel, Casino

A lease President Trump signed more than 30 years ago when building his first Atlantic City casino is making life difficult for his pal Carl Icahn. Icahn tried to sell the shuttered Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino to Hard Rock International along with the recently closed Trump Taj Mahal — but the buyer refused to take the older property, sources close to the situation said.
