VNU NV's NetRatings Inc. will buy the French company NetValue SA for EUR18.1 million, according to the Dow Jones News Service. Dow Jones said VNU confirmed the deal Wednesday. NetValue gathers
demographics and usage data in nine countries. Among its clients are AOL, Amazon, Procter & Gamble. NetRatings said it would integrate NetValue into its own business.
