Louisiana Sends Email Survey Blast to 68,000 Hunters

The state’s Department of Wildlife and Fisheries sent a blast to 68,000 licensed hunters on Tuesday, asking them to fill out its Small Game Harvest survey. But it may have been less effective than expected because it went out under a student worker’s name.
