TiVo expects total revenue for the second quarter to be in the range of $23 million to $24 million, compared to previous guidance of $10.5 million to $12.0 million. The expected increase is due to $12
million in licensing and professional services revenue from a previously announced licensing agreement. The company did not update subscription or total audience numbers. The PVR hardware and service
company currently has 420,000 subscribers.
