Mindshare Bolsters Its North America C-Suite

Mindshare North America, part of WPP’s GroupM has announced two new c-level appointments to its leadership team, including Danielle Koffer who has been appointed chief client officer and Joe Maceda, who has been elevated to chief instigation officer, a new role at the agency.

Koffer assumes a role that is being re-activated at the agency and is tasked with scrutinizing best practices and optimizing client service.

Her new role marks Koffer’s return to the agency. She rejoins the shop from Colgate Palmolive where she was vice president, global media. Before that she spent a decade at Mindshare, lastly as executive director, client leadership, overseeing accounts in the luxury space.

Maceda will focus on developing thought leadership programs and analyzing trends and market disruptions. In his new role he’ll continue to lead the Invention Studio, a unit designed to drive creativity and risk-taking in the media planning process.

A 13-year veteran of the agency Maceda last year led the development of Media Dystopia, a thought leadership series and client workshop that explores how the ever-evolving media landscape may take shape in the future.
