German Court Rejects ICANN Effort To Bypass GDPR

ICANN has failed in a third effort to win an injunction that would force domain registrar EPAG to provide personal information on domain owners despite GDPR. The Appellate Court of Cologne, Germany said ICANN had not given a "credible reason" for seeking the injunction.
