GetResponse, provider of an online marketing platform for SMBs, has opened an office in São Paulo, Brazil, its first in Latin America.

The company is now recruiting sales, marketing and operational personnel. It also plans to create marketing programs for affiliates, agencies and partners.

The objective is to “meet strong demand in the region for email and digital marketing solutions that make it easy to effectively engage customers online,” states Simon Grabowski, CEO, Get Response.

Focus Economics forecasts that online sales in Latin America will hit $118B in 2021, GetResponse says.

The company also has offices in the U.S., Canada, Malaysia and Russia.
