Woodford Reserve bourbon is raising awareness for its role as presenting sponsor for the Kentucky Derby on September 5 with its first campaign from agency partner Energy BBDO.
The
“Spectacle For the Senses” is designed to reposition Woodford Reserve away from other bourbon brands by showcasing the beverage in more fashionable and upscale messaging. The
campaign’s anchor spot uses brightly designed and beautifully photographed pictures to inform viewers about the 200+ different flavor notes, such as
lemon and honey.
In addition to the spot airing during the Derby, the campaign will run across social, digital, print and out-of-home.
