Riot Games has agreed to pay $100 million to settle a class-action gender discrimination suit "with more than 2,000 current and former female employees," according to
The New York Times. That
settlement is much higher than the figure originally agreed upon -- $10 million -- "after the women suing Riot changed lawyers, and the new lead attorney... determined that the amount was not
sufficient." The company's "flagship League of Legends game made nearly $2 billion in revenue last year."
