AtData Offers Machine Learning-Based Email Validation Tool

An enhanced email validation service build on machine learning (ML) has been introduced by AtData.

AtData analyzed roughly 2 billion email activity signals per month across its network to develop a machine-learning model it has integrated into its SafeToSend product. The goal is to validate previously indeterminate email addresses.

The company claims the machine-learning approach is more accurate than traditional methods of determining the validity of email addresses. AtData says it has greatly reduced its unknown rate, or the percentage of emails it could not assign a valid or invalid status.

The service will particularly benefit B2B marketers who have a large percentage of emails with unknown statuses within their database, it adds.

Data is “the lifeblood of a business,” says Tom Burke, CEO of AtData.

Existing customers can leverage the tool from this advancement at no additional cost, the company says.
