Digital shop Carat Fusion tapped online industry veteran Scott Sorokin to head the agency. Sorokin, named president on Monday, was previously global account leader at MRM Worldwide. He replaces Toby
Gabriner, who resigned at the end of last year to become chief executive officer of Poindexter Systems. Prior to working at MRM Worldwide, Sorokin was managing director of Modem Media/Digitas West. He
also co-founded and served as managing director of Grey Interactive Worldwide.
