DraftFCB has hired Michael Brzozowski as executive vice president, director of CRM. Brzozowski will be charged with leading the customer-relationship management efforts of DraftFCB's New York office,
as well as seeking new business in the area. He was previously senior partner, executive director of relationship marketing strategy at OgilvyOne.
