To increase user engagement, NBC has updated its Web site with some interactive features like a quotes game for "The Office," which challenges users to match quotes with the characters who said
them. In another feature from "The Office," NBC.com is asking fans to share their worst corporate human resources nightmares with recorded videos of themselves.
For "Heroes,"
viewers are being asked to submit their theories on what's really going on in the mysterious world of the show. Selected video theories will then be used in on-air promos and will continue through the
return of "Heroes" in April.
