Gifts.com, an operating business of IAC/InterActive Corp., has acquired GiveFun.com, an online gift certificate provider. As a result of the acquisition, Gifts.com now offers the Gifts.com Gift Card,
an emailable gift certificate. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
