As a non-pirating home user and viewer of DVDs and CDs, I think the industry has it quite backwards. You do not convert the lawbreakers by an opening warning [which most likely cannot be bypassed by
the viewer] on every DVD. this just 'cheeses-off' the legitimate punter. it is exactly analogous to an entertainer haranguing the audience, who do turn out to an otherwise badly attended show.
